Adtran Brings Faster Learning to Ohio Schools

Adtran spent the month of June collaborating with Consolidated Electric Cooperative. This was done to further act on their ‘Enabling Communication, Connecting Lives’ campaign. The focus of the campaign is to improve rural and urban growth and development, from enhancing small business to connecting classrooms worldwide. Adtran is offering their world-class Wi-Fi and fiber-based Gigabit broadband and Cloud connectivity solutions to local businesses in Ohio, as well as 15 school districts. These schools will receive faster Internet speeds in order to perform learning and testing online, fully integrating technology into the classroom.

As technology continues to evolve every day, all levels of education are using it. This now includes the average K-12 classroom. Teachers and administers feel technology will help students to learn faster and at a higher level, producing more well-rounded minds capable of both basic knowledge and advanced use of technology.

The three companies are working together to deliver the fastest broadband to Ohio students to help aide their daily learning capabilities.
