Ceragon Networks has become one of the most notable wireless backhaul manufacturers for TDM and high-capacity microwave Ethernet in the industry. The company started in Tel Aviv, Israel during 1996 as “Giganet”. Throughout its almost 20 years in business, they have grown their customer base to hundreds of private networks and over 430 mobile service providers across 130 countries.
Ceragon has the distinction of being one of the world’s top wireless backhaul specialists. Over time, Ceragon has developed their portfolio to offer Long and Short Haul high capacity, point-to-point microwave systems in licensed spectrum, and sub-6GHz and V-band spectrum range. This company enables mobile/fixed-line carriers and private network operators with economical transmission capacity for voice and premium data services.
Ceragon has increasingly become an innovative force for wireless infrastructure. The product line that became Ceragon’s claim to fame was the FibeAir Series. This system family continues to improve high power radios to address Ethernet networking operations with superior microwave radio performance.
